We’ve always been about making beer that we want to drink and are proud to share. We don’t chase trends or fads but we do like to innovate so we set out to make a beer that was unlike anything we’ve tasted. We were chasing a flavor profile that hadn’t really been done before but wanted to keep it balanced like our Boont Amber; easy to drink yet nuanced, and flavorful. We came up with the Black Rice Ale, which turned out delicious by intention, but by happy accident also ended up under 100 calories. How’d we do it?

Our Blood Orange Gose is a tart, refreshing wheat ale that is kettle- soured with lactobacillus and brewed with sea salt and coriander. However, unlike traditional versions of the style, ours features liberal additions of blood oranges during fermentation. This imparts tangy citrus notes that complement the champagne-like flavors, creating a complex and sessionable ale perfect for any occasion.

BOURBON BARREL STOUT

Aged for three months in Wild Turkey® Bourbon barrels, this luxurious stout has a deep ebony hue and a beautiful mahogany head. The woody, vanilla-like notes imparted by the barrels mingle with aromas of fresh baked bread, toffee, and espresso and envelop the rich chocolate and roasted barley flavors with a fine bourbon character.
BRINEY MELON GOSE

Born from our passion for experimentation, our Briney Melon Gose boasts a thirst-quenching tartness that is perfectly balanced by subtle watermelon flavors and aromas. Gentle additions of sea salt create a refreshing harmony between the acidity and fruity sweetness leading to clean, dry finish.

Crisp IPA is the first installment in our Rotational IPA Series. Bright, clean and absolutely delicious. This beer is just incredible. Really. Crispier than a bite from a fresh apple while frolicking in a frosty field under a new moon. Weigh your taste buds down? Nope. This IPA will lift you up on a one-way flight to crispy town. It’s also gluten reduced, which is nice: no unnecessary baggage. And did we mention its crisp? So crisp.

Basically providing more of all the good stuff that beer has to offer, our Double IPA is bursting with aromas of light pine, tropical fruit, hints of citrus and apricot. A firm hop flavor and lightly fruity overtones balance with light malt character and a lingering pleasant hop bitterness to create a stunningly balanced, drinkable and awesome Double IPA. It’s the next IPA-flavored IPA from the folks who brought you beer-flavored beer.
FRAMBOISE ROSE GOSE

By adding rose hips to the boil and fresh raspberry puree at the end of fermentation, this kettle-soured beer is a melange of flavors and aromas. With a light ruby hue, subtle raspberry fruit notes greet the nose and fall soft on the palate; tangy, hibiscus-like flavors mingle with the salty tartness of gose to create a uniquely complex and refreshing drinking experience.

SALTED CARAMEL PORTER

This slightly sweet porter is brewed with select additions of crystal malts and sea salt to create flavors of peanut brittle and caramel without being cloying. The medium body and mouthfeel lay the perfect foundation to support the rich vanilla, oak, and bourbon flavors imparted by extended aging in Wild Turkey® barrels.

THE KIMMIE, THE YINK, AND THE HOLY GOSE

With a bright, golden color and tight creamy head, the earthy wood undertones in our Gose develop into a light mineral aroma with a hint of lemon zest and tropical fruit. Before boiling, the wort is kettle soured with lactobacillus, imparting an initial refreshing tartness that gives way to a subtle fullness. Flavors of guava and peach are followed by a slight sea salt dryness and lemon sourness that is enhanced by coriander and post-fermentation additions of salt. The finish is dry, effervescent, and lemon tangy, reminiscent of a fresh sea breeze.
